This would be some trip
A Group from Beginner Bikers.org is having a get together in Dayton, Ohio this coming August. I had to miss the one in Colorado due to family obligations, but this one is in August and I wonder if I could do it. Anyone interested. Figure on up to 5 days each way. Total of 2,175 miles one way. Each flag on the map represents one day riding. On the Colorado meeting this June, a girl from South Carolina did it all on her own. She definitely raised the bar for the group in terms of attending from a long distance.
This would be a 4,500 to almost 5,000 mile trip. If I lived through it would be the trip of a lifetime and an adventure like none other. Will see what happens. I considered the same trip last year and did not make any real plans, will this year be different?
